Formerly COO of XL Life & Annuity and CFO and co-founder of XL Weather & Energy. Ten  years of weather industry experience following nine years of public accounting and consulting experience with KPMG

Vivek Pawale – Vice President,  Structuring and Analytics
Former weather derivatives portfolio manager at Munich Re following five years of hurricane modeling experience at AIR

Dan Tomlinson – Managing Director (London)
Former VP Marketing at XL Weather & Energy with ten years of weather industry experience including weatherXchange and ICAP

Steven Yip – Vice President & Controller
Former VP of Operations at JP Morgan Chase Global Emerging Markets for five years and three years of public accounting experience.

Emmanuel Sanchez – Vice President, Structuring and Analytics
Former quantitative analyst at UBS Investment Bank for two and a half years with a total of over five years of energy industry experience.
